These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of PageDrop, a service that lets you upload HTML or ZIP packages and publish them as shareable web pages. By creating an account or using PageDrop, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
PageDrop provides tools to publish static web pages, manage your sites, and optionally subscribe to paid plans with higher limits, custom URL slugs, analytics, and removal of PageDrop branding. Features may change as we improve the product.
2. Accounts
- You must provide a valid email and keep your password secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
3. Your content
- You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and serve that content so we can operate PageDrop.
- You are solely responsible for the content of pages you publish and for any links, scripts, or third-party resources they include.
- You must have the rights needed to publish the content you upload.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use PageDrop to publish or distribute content that is illegal, fraudulent, or harmful, including but not limited to:
- Malware, phishing, scam pages, or credential theft
- Content involving exploitation of minors
- Illegal sale of drugs, weapons, or other prohibited goods
- Hate, harassment, or content that violates applicable law
- Spam, abuse of infrastructure, or attempts to disrupt the Service
We may scan content with automated rules, remove pages, ban sites, or disable accounts without notice when we believe these Terms or the law have been violated.
5. Plans, billing, and refunds
- Free and paid plan limits are shown on the public Pricing section (/#pricing): Free $0, Pro $5.99/month, Plus $15.99/month. The same prices appear in the workspace Pricing tab before checkout.
- Paid subscriptions are billed through Creem on a recurring basis (typically monthly) unless otherwise stated at checkout.
- Prices shown in the app are for display; the amount charged is controlled by the Creem product you purchase.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal when available. Access to paid features continues until the end of the paid period unless otherwise required by law or these Terms.
- Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.
6. Availability and changes
We aim for reliable hosting but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical. We are not liable for temporary outages or data loss beyond restoring service when feasible.
7. Intellectual property
PageDrop’s name, branding, interface, and software (excluding your content) are owned by the Service operator. You may not copy or misuse our branding except as automatically included on Free-plan published pages.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. You use PageDrop at your own risk.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR OF PAGEDROP IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR ZERO IF YOU USE ONLY THE FREE PLAN).
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the PageDrop operator from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Termination
You may stop using PageDrop at any time and delete your sites. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, unpaid fees, or risk to the platform. Sections that by nature should survive (including content responsibility, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the PageDrop operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The Effective date above will be revised when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
